Pranic Healing Level 1 teaches practical techniques to work with your energy aura, including scanning, sweeping, and energizing the body’s energy field. Students learn to activate hand chakras, feel subtle energy, remove energetic congestion, and restore balance using fresh prana.
This experiential two-day course provides step-by-step instruction for addressing common physical and emotional concerns, including anxiety, migraines, sinus issues, digestive challenges, joint pain, and stress-related conditions. You’ll also learn self-healing practices and distant healing techniques for loved ones.
